Ari Sliffman’s practice focuses on civil litigation, serving corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of matters, including the defense of tort claims, construction defect and products liability claims, real estate and commercial litigation matters. Ari has experience conducting jury trials in Pennsylvania, and he has conducted numerous arbitration matters in a wide array of local jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Brown McGarry Nimeroff, Ari worked at several well-known regional civil litigation firms. Ari also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Lisette Shirdan-Harris in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
Ari has two published articles in peer-reviewed law journals, both on the intersection of the First Amendment and Trademark and Copyright Law.
