Sigmund Fleck is an Executive Board Member of the Chester County Council of Boy Scouts of America.  He had the honor of serving as Host for the annual Eagle Scout Recognition Banquet at the RiverCrest Golf Club in Phoenixville to celebrate the Class of 2019.  Congratulations to both Sigmund and the Eagles Scouts!
